We use roasted onions to keep our soup clear while maintaining its rich flavor. We do not use MSG for our broth. It's simply beef bones, herbs and vegetables.

My Journey

My quest for mastering the art of cooking Phở has led me on an incredible journey. I delved into the cultural context of the dish and its origin, tracing it back 100 years to the history of Vietnam. My quest for knowledge took me on a 6626km journey, from my home to the birthplace of Phở - Nam Định, as well as to the bustling city of Sài Gòn known for its excellent Phở restaurants. I had immersed myself in the local culinary traditions and learnt from my expert friends. Through my experiences and dedicated research, my team and I are confident that we are creating a truly authentic and delicious bowl of Phở
